MIKA is the author of FAITH LESSONS, an inspirational book on how the faithfulness of God met her in trials in order to triumph and to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Mika’s heart has an intimate desire for the reader’s healing and to see God’s remarkable nature and reliability in one’s own life to live free, and share her own story of victory.

She was a single-mom of two boys, who are now the dads of her beautiful granddaughters; and her life experiences have given her compassion for women who at times feel a little more messy than others. Because she knows very well the love of God meets us in our mess. Mika holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and a Masters in Health Education, managing social workers in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara, California, and serves her local community and church in the city of Ventura as a force of wisdom, realness and encouragement whether called to teach broadly or talk one-on-one over coffee.

She has committed to enjoying sunsets and writing her next book, for a deeper dive into becoming whole again after brokenness. While in between spoiling her granddaughters with I love you’s and any good thing.
